 Three cheers for ListForLess!  Last night I accepted an offer, for my asking price, from a buyer who got the MLS listing himself online. So no broker's fee at all!  Went to record yesterday. Paid off my mortgage on my Maine house this morning.  I'll probably never have a mortgage payment again in my life, which is an excellent feeling.
